About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. This role involves handling import and export shipments in the temporary storage warehouse, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Sorting, handling, and storing import/export shipments in the Temporary Storage Warehouse (TSW), ensuring cargo safety and participating in customs inspections.
• Performing cargo processing procedures in compliance with customs legislation and company standards.
• Ensuring accurate and timely data entry into operational systems (ASA, CALMS, AXIS, ECIS, NMIV, NAGA, OCNT, AQCC, HMS, DCVS, DCE).
• Preparing shipments for customs inspection, including unpacking, repacking, counting, and weighing.
• Loading/unloading cargo vehicles and placing goods in the warehouse according to safety and customs requirements.
• Maintaining proper storage conditions and security of goods.
• Inspecting shipments for damage, preparing reports, and repackaging when necessary.
• Performing daily inventory and deconsolidation of goods.
• Communicating shipment status updates to relevant departments and supervisors.
• Following safety standards and operational procedures at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

• Basic computer skills.
• Secondary vocational education.
• Ability to work in shifts (including night shifts).
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with other departments.
