Required work experience is defined in accordance with standard qualifications for administrative positions at the autonomous organization of education “Nazarbayev University”.
Professional skills
- knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of procurement, as well as civil, administrative, customs law, the basics of tax legislation;
- knowledge of internal regulatory documents governing the procurement procedures, the conclusion and execution (administration) of contracts at the University;
- Skills in the development of internal documents of the organization in the field of procurement;
- skills in implementing methodological guidance on procurement issues;
- the presence of the practice of working with the electronic trading platform and / or portal of public procurement;
- skills in the formation of a procurement plan, the development of tender documents, technical specifications;
- skills of preparing and conducting presentations / seminars;
- Procurement contract development skills;
- the presence of the practice of administration of contracts in the field of procurement;
- fluent in English, Kazakh, Russian;
