Could you be the full-time Material Planning Manager in Astana we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your material planning and team management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, dynamic, and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient management of material planning activities, supplier performance, and risk mitigation strategies. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Procurement, Material Planners, Suppliers), oversee the application of processes, and implement action plans for performance improvement, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of managing supplier performance KPIs, ensuring the accuracy of material planning master data, and supporting your team in resolving supply issues, but also lead escalation processes and contribute to risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
We’ll look to you for:
Applying core model processes for material planning activities (external & internal suppliers) and master data management
Managing supplier performance KPIs and raw material coverage according to targets
Collaborating with Procurement for risk/impact management and supplier selection
Ensuring action plan implementation between teams and suppliers
Leading supplier escalation processes and supporting Material Planners in improving supplier KPI performance
Developing team competencies and managing team performance through feedback and performance management cycles

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
Experience or understanding of material planning processes and supplier management
Knowledge of procurement and supply chain operations
Familiarity with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems and data management
A certification in supply chain management or procurement (, APICS, CIPS)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
