Описание

Ключевые задачи:

  • Разрабатывать и реализовывать маркетинговую стратегию контрактных девайсов (смартфоны, планшеты, аксессуары);
  • Анализировать рынок, конкурентные предложения, формировать брифы на исследования;
  • Формировать маркетинговое позиционирование продукта, value proposition и ключевые коммуникационные сообщения;
  • Планировать и контролировать выполнение плана маркетингового продвижения по всем каналам (внутренним и внешним);
  • Анализировать эффективность маркетинговых кампаний и воронки продаж, инициировать улучшения;
  • Формировать и проверять гипотезы по росту коммерческих и маркетинговых показателей;
  • Управлять функциональной командой направления;
  • Взаимодействовать с продуктовой командой, продажами и другими функциями по вопросам спроса, unit-экономики и P&L;
  • Работать с вендорами и партнёрами: запуск ко-промо и субсидированных маркетинговых инициатив.

Чего мы ждём:

  • Ownership-подход и ответственность за маркетинговый результат продукта;
  • Опыт работы от 3 лет в product marketing / commercial marketing (электроника, телеком, экосистемы, финтех, маркетплейсы);
  • Высшее образование (маркетинг, экономика, математика, менеджмент или смежные направления);
  • Сильное аналитическое мышление и опыт работы с P&L, маркетинговыми воронками, cohort-анализом;
  • Навыки построения value proposition, коммерческих офферов и go-to-market стратегий;
  • Подтверждённый опыт запуска и масштабирования маркетинговых инициатив полного цикла;
  • Развитые коммуникативные и лидерские навыки, умение работать с кросс-функциональными командами.
