Описание

Основные задачи:

  • Техническая и продуктовая поддержка дилерской сети и клиентов

  • Проведение продуктовых и технических тренингов для sales-команд дилеров

  • Подготовка локальных product-материалов (презентации, TCO, application cases)

  • Работа с объектами клиентов (jobsite visits): анализ условий эксплуатации техники

  • Подбор и рекомендация оптимальных моделей техники под задачи клиентов

  • Участие в выводе новых продуктов на рынок

  • Сбор обратной связи от рынка и передача в HQ / R&D

  • Анализ продуктов конкурентов и их применения в регионе

  • Участие в обучении и сертификациях в штаб-квартире

Обязательно:

  • Опыт работы с строительной / карьерной / дорожной техникой

  • Опыт в ролях: Product Manager / Product Specialist / Application Engineer / Product Support

  • Понимание работы дилерской модели продаж

  • Практический опыт проведения продуктовых тренингов

  • Умение работать с TCO, application, jobsite-анализом

  • Готовность к командировкам

  • Опыт работы у производителей или дистрибьюторов техники (LiuGong, XCMG, SANY, CAT, Komatsu, Volvo CE и др.)

  • Инженерное или техническое образование
