Acting in the interest of company, as directed by Line Managers

Maintaining a database of certificates and quality certificates in electronic form

Systematization the goods by groups in related folders

Control over and tracking the validity of certificates

Require timely provision of certificates from Procurement and Suppliers

Require product recall from the sale in case of incomplete set of supporting documents

Review certification requests, inspection reports and supporting documentation, and determine compliance status for processing

Provide information to persons requesting certification, and timely update requests on certification

Implement policies and procedures on certification process

Conduct inspections of the requesting certification, if required

Organize and maintain certification files

Maintain the certificates log, and reissue certificates if any

Verification of material certificates for compliance with the Purchase Order (PO)

Verification of certificates for materials compliance with the standard requirements and customer specifications

Higher technical education in the field of construction or Materials Science and Technology

Knowledge of the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, building codes and regulations

Good knowledge of technical regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan and certification, metrology

Reporting Skills, Computer Skills

English Language is a plus
