Job Purpose
The Student Recruitment Specialist is responsible for attracting and guiding prospective students through the admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment. The role focuses on promoting Coventry University Kazakhstan academic programs, delivering high-quality applicant engagement, and supporting enrollment targets through effective communication, CRM management, and participation in recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to inquiries in the Bitrix CRM system to promote Coventry University Kazakhstan academic programs among prospective students, parents, and stakeholders.
Oversee the full student recruitment cycle — from the first inquiry to enrollment.
Advise applicants on admission requirements, document submission, and program benefits.
Represent the university at education fairs, open days, school visits, and online events.
Organize and coordinate open days, school visits, and virtual recruitment activities.
Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to ensure a high-quality admissions process.
Monitor recruitment data and trends to enhance efficiency and achieve enrollment targets.
Contribute to continuous improvement of applicant engagement and recruitment processes.
Deliver a high level of customer service and maintain professional communication with all stakeholders.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and/or student recruitment within the education sector.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
Experience working with Bitrix CRM (or similar systems).
Fluency in English; knowledge of Kazakh and Russian is an advantage.
