We are looking for a Procurement & Contracts Specialist to support our procurement and supply chain operations.

We work with industrial suppliers and partners, ensuring reliable sourcing, contract accuracy, and efficient delivery across projects. This role is ideal for a professional who is confident working with suppliers, contracts, and commercial documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze commercial proposals, cost structures, and market pricing
• Prepare, manage, and monitor supply contracts and purchase orders
• Evaluate supplier offers for compliance with technical, commercial, and quality requirements
• Control delivery terms, timelines, pricing, and supporting documentation
• Verify invoices and contract-related documents for accuracy and compliance
• Assess supplier performance and maintain supplier performance records
• Support procurement process optimization and cost efficiency initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, or a related technical field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or contract administration
• Hands-on experience in international procurement, including coordination with overseas suppliers and deliveries
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Fluent English is required; Chinese language skills are a plus
