The Opportunity
What You’ll Do:
Processing reports, compiling data from clients on sales and hotel trade marketing programs.
Compiling analytical data on the division.
Preparing documents and materials necessary for the department's work;
Providing the department with the necessary office supplies, creating conditions conducive to the effective work of the department;
Organizing business trips for department employees (registering department employees for participation in congresses and seminars, booking and purchasing air and train tickets, organizing transfers, etc.);
Preparing draft contracts, appendices, and additional agreements for clients;
Performing relevant work with closing documents: checking documents, organizing their signing, sending invoices, work completion reports, photo reports, and claim reports to clients.
Working with 1C software to add new contractors.
Requirements:
Higher education;
Experience in a similar position;
Ability to work with large amounts of information;
Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment;
Advanced user of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
English - Intermediate level;
Responsibility, punctuality, focus on results, proactivity;
Communication skills, analytical skills.
