Job Identification

We are looking for the Trade Marketing Intern to be a part of our Sales team located in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

What We Expect:

  • Assistance in development and launching trade marketing activities in all channels.
  • Work with the team to help implement effective in-store brand visibility through creative branding and Point of Sales (POS) materials - from concept development to region placement.
  • Support with marketing materials tracking, including maintaining accurate records of POSM stock levels, updating tracking reports, and supporting timely replenishment across regions.
  • Close cooperation with Sales Department, including regional managers and supervisors.
  • Execute field and warehouse visits for execution compliance and research/monitor competitor execution strategy across FMCG.
  • Working with creative agencies (suppliers) & coordination and support of events.
  • Monthly reports, insights and recommendation development based on analysis.
  • Support the trade marketing team in daily administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • In your last year of an undergraduate or master degree
  • Or graduated recently and have less than 1 year of work experience
  • Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames
  • Organized, dependable and detail oriented
  • Excellent computer knowledge with proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge Kazakh, Russian and English languages
