What You’ll Do
• Accountable for reaching the regional new business sales goal at the targeted margin profile
• Selling DHS Solutions
• Create a sufficient pipeline to increase market penetration
• Responsible for building effective relationships with C-suite stakeholders by applying the solution-selling strategy
• Establish and build deep understanding of account needs, stakeholders and competitive situation.
• Drive market share growth through new business opportunity realization, amplifying & protecting existing business and contract renewals that achieve sales and profitability objectives.
• Drive Alinity and AlinlQ solutions at every account
• Negotiate profitable contracts
Required Qualifications
• University degree: medical technology, medical engineering
• 5 years track record in the diagnostic industry with an emphasis on selling total Core Diagnostics solutions to targeted, non-enterprise accounts.
• Extensive experience developing relationships with, selling to and negotiating with senior level stakeholder in targeted, non-enterprise accounts is a prerequisite.
• Strong solution selling and relationship building skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• English- fluent.
