We’re currently scaling up and looking for energetic and ambitious Sales Manager to join our team and grow with us.

🔍 Who are we looking for:
At least 3 years in the fields of Agro sales experience;
Fluent in English, Kazakh and Russian!
You are similar with the definition of sales funnel and confident in negotiation techniques;
Able to build sales strategies and handle long-cycle deals;
You’re focused on highlighting product strengths and creating individual value for each client;
Comfortable with sales scripts, CRM systems, and IP telephony and have an understanding why they matter;
You can handle objections, build trust, and connect with a wide range of people;
You’re active, communicative, and a can handle a lot of tasks;
You have a positive mindset and open to new ideas and opportunities;
You’re growth-oriented and never settle for "good enough";

💡 What are you going to be doing:
Act as a local OneSoil representative, helping farmers and agribusinesses implement our smart solutions;
Handle inbound leads and client inquiries;
Develop market entry strategies and grow OneSoil’s presence in your region;
Analyze the local market and understand client needs;
Work with lead lists and prospects generated by our pre-sales team;
Conduct client meetings and negotiate deals;
Drive deals to closure and ensure smooth onboarding;
Attend exhibitions and events to build connections;
Work in CRM and IP telephony systems.
