Business Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & CRM)

Description: We are looking for a talented Business Analyst for a long-term project to implement Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) for one of our European customers.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Experience in user training activities
  • Experience in gathering and documentation requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Spoken and written English

Nice to have:

  • Certification in Dynamics 365;
