Participate in HR& Administrative weekly meeting. Register and meet visitors (coffee/tea/water). Timely off-rotation time tracking/control for the foreign employees. Timely inform all involved personnel in HR/Admin department on organization of work/ business trips/ travels for Localand foreign personnel.
Continuously work with renters’ representatives (for the foreign personnel) on settling issues regarding terms of res-idence, deal with maintenance problems, claims concerning the level of service and consider relevant proposals.
Manage the booking of travel arrangements, including purchasing tickets and reserving hotels for employees duringbusiness trips. Ensure all logistics are organized efficiently, adhering to company travel policies and budget guide-
lines.

Take part in arranging and conducting conferences, exhibitions and company events Work with Suppliers in providing office with stationary, water supply, food and etc. Prepare Purchase Order. Track Purchase Orders through the Delivery phase, including Expediting, Logistics and Delivery. Timely update the arrival/departure calendar on a weekly basis. Timely advise on any changes associated with business trips (business trip, off-rotation period, arrival, departure,include new persons into the Arrival/Departure Calendar, etc.).
Conduct work to update scientific-methodical support for the human resources work, equipment with material andtechnical, informational support, to implement modern personnel management techniques with use of computer sys-
tems, set up database on company personnel, provide its timely updating, quick response for the needed information
to users.
Qualification
Knowledge of computer-based systems including Microsoft Office or equivalent software packages Be proactive, a self-starter and ability to work without supervision Systematic thinker and good organizational skills / time management Strong personality skills Team player within and across functionsEducation: Min bachelor’s degree
Language skills: English and Russian are mandatory. Uzbek is advantageous.
Professional experience: Min 2 – 4 years
