We are currently seeking an Operations Specialist in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

Responsibilities:

• Performing administrative and organizational tasks;
• Assisting in the preparation of tender documentation;
• Signing contracts with clients and suppliers;
• Ensuring contract compliance;
• Closing and finalizing contracts.

• Strong organizational skills in a multitasking environment with large volumes of information;
• Quick adaptation to new processes and high productivity;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with Jira is a plus;
• Fluency in Russian and Kazakh at a professional level;
• Knowledge of English.
