Job responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
· Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities and increase sales.
· Sales Strategy: Create and execute sales plans, including setting targets, developing promotional strategies, and coordinating with the sales team.
· Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
· Market Research: Identify and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the maintenance and repair welding products & service sector.
· Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest products and technologies in welding and maintenance and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
· Reporting: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
· Payment: Ensuring timely payment collection from direct business & through distributor.
· Coordination: Coordinate with supply chain and production dept for drawings, jobs, stocks, and logistics.
6+ years, in welding background with preferable experience of handling core sectors like Cement, Mining, Power
