We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to lead the development and adoption of AI-driven solutions across the company. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where youll drive innovation, build production-ready systems, and help integrate AI into key business workflows.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in developing machine learning or AI systems;
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science (or other related degree);
• English level B2+;
• Proven record of deploying production-grade AI/LLM solutions;
• Strong communication and influencing skills;
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from scratch;
• Experience with real-time or large-scale AI systems is a big plus.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs) to drive business impact;
• Own the full development cycle from prototype to deployment;
• Build scalable, high-performance AI systems across multiple domains;
• Promote AI adoption through clear value demonstration to stakeholders;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into existing workflows;
• Communicate technical results to both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level.

Technical Skills:

• LLMs: OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA.
• Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, vLLM, LMDeploy.
• Languages: Python, Java, SQL.
• Solid grasp of MLOps/LLMOps best practices
• RAG systems and prompt engineering expertise.
  
• Vector databases: FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
