The Astana International Financial Centre Authority is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager (Maternity cover during the leave of the current employee) to lead and execute sales and client growth initiatives for the Expat Centre. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced and internationally-focused environment supporting the AIFC community.
Key responsibilities:
Promote and market the full range of Expat Centre services to raise brand awareness among targeted client segments.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract new clients and grow the Centre’s client base.
Lead client retention efforts through strong relationship management and tailored service offerings.
Identify and pursue new business development opportunities, including corporate partnerships and outreach initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams on marketing campaigns, digital content, and promotional materials aligned with client needs.
Stay informed of market trends and competitor activity to continuously refine sales approaches.
Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipelines, and performance metrics.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales activities, client acquisition, and retention KPIs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, Sales Management, or a related field (required).
Master’s degree (MBA) or equivalent postgraduate qualification (preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, client relations, or business development, ideally within service-oriented or international organizations.
Demonstrated success in both client acquisition and retention.
Experience with multicultural audiences is a strong asset.
Proven expertise in sales strategy, client engagement, and negotiation.
Fluency in Kazakh, Russian, and English is required.
Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and basic data analysis.
