Senior product manager

Описание

Обязанности:

  • Формировать продуктовую стратегию и roadmap залогового кредитования

  • Проводить клиентские исследования и анализ конкурентов

  • Считать unit-экономику продукта

  • Ставить задачи для ИТ, управлять backlog, приоритизировать задачи

  • Отслеживать воронку заявки, сокращать TТМ, проводить A/B-тесты и улучшать конверсию на каждом этапе

  • Обеспечивать соответствие продукта/процесса регуляторным требованиям

  • Вести кросс-функциональное взаимодействие с риск-департаментом, IT, юридическим блоком, маркетингом и т.д.

Требования:

  • Опыт работы от 3х лет на позиции продакт менеджера кредитных продуктов

  • Опыт полного цикла работы с продуктами: от идеи до запуска

  • Опыт кросс-функционального взаимодействия: с риск-департаментом, IT, юридическим блоком, маркетингом и т.д.

  • Опыт работы в Agile/Scrum среде: формирование roadmap, управление backlog, постановка и приоритизация задач.

  • Опыт расчета unit-экономики

  • Уверенные аналитические навыки

Желательно, но не обязательно

  • Глубокое понимание процесса залогового кредитования: оценка, регистрация, мониторинг LTV, снятие обременения
  • Знание регулирующих норм по залоговому кредитованию
