We’re Hiring: Technical Writer (Product Business Logic Focus)
📍 Location: Remote
👤 Reports to: CPO

✨ About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Writer who will become the keeper and systematizer of product knowledge. Your mission is to create the missing primary documentation, maintain it up to date, describe product business logic, and capture all functional changes.
📝 Responsibilities
  • Create initial product documentation: describe business logic, functionality, modules, and interconnections
  • Record product changes and improvements, maintain the ChangeLog
  • Keep documentation current as new features are released
  • Build and maintain an internal glossary for team communication (not end-users)
  • Work with Confluence, Postman, Swagger (or similar) — organize and systematize documentation
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather information and document implemented features
  • Act as the documentation owner: monitor contributions, validate updates, and maintain a single source of truth
📩 Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer / Analyst / System Documenter
  • Understanding of web/mobile applications and APIs
  • Ability to describe business logic and complex processes clearly and structurally
  • Proficiency in Confluence, Postman, Swagger (or similar tools)
  • Experience maintaining ChangeLogs and structuring updates
  • English — strong reading and writing skills for technical documentation
  • Experience in product companies (SaaS, fintech, telecom, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SQL, basic understanding of architecture and client-server interactions
  • Previous experience working closely with product and dev teams
🌍 Languages
English: Professional Working Proficiency (for documentation)
Russian: Native / C2
