Following up and concluding of new store’s construction areas in different cities.
Controlling progress payments of contractor companies.
Concerning technical standards stated in the leasing contract with instruction of manager; visiting related leasing area and providing to add Defacto technical standards to the contract.
Carrying out maintenance and repairment in current stores by receiving tenders from local companies in proper quality and cost by approval of the manager.
Archiving all contracts, approval articles, payment improvements according to the projects which are your responsibility and always ready for inspection.
Organizing maintenance, renovation, modification, and repair processes of current stores.
Researching of local suppliers and contractors.
Requirements:
Minimum +5 years of working experience in the related area especially in Retail.
Graduate in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Ability to travel frequently.
Procedure, regulation and memorandum knowledge.
Very good level of spoken and written English.Preferably Turkish or German as second language.
Proficient in both the Microsoft Office programs as well as AutoCAD.
