Big international company seeking a dynamic professional to drive product strategy, market positioning, and sustainable growth across Central Asia, the Caucasus, and Mongolia. This role combines strategic planning, market analysis, product lifecycle management, and soft skills training development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute regional product strategies aligned with global goals.
Manage full product lifecycle: launches, phase-outs, portfolio optimization.
Conduct market and competitor analysis; identify local needs and gaps.
Support sales and marketing teams with go-to-market execution.
Lead forecasting, reporting, and annual sales planning.
Design and deliver soft skills and product training programs for internal teams and customers.
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
3+ years in product management (sanitary ware/building materials preferred).
Experience in Central Asia, the Caucasus, or Mongolia.
Fluent in English & Russian; Kazakh is a plus.
Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Training/facilitation experience is an advantage.
Willingness to travel regionally.
