We’re Hiring: Pricing Manager

Location: Remote

• Develop and continuously improve the company’s pricing strategy.
• Optimize tariff grids across countries, user segments, and travel patterns.
• Build price elasticity models to measure impact on LTV.
• Collaborate with marketing to evaluate ROI / LTV / CAC under different pricing scenarios.
• Segment users by profitability and identify growth drivers.
• Design and propose new tariffs and bundled offers (e.g., regional packs, annual plans).

• Define and justify pricing strategy principles.
• Automate competitor price monitoring and build benchmark reports.
• Plan and analyze pricing A/B tests, assessing impact on demand and profitability.
• Keep purchase cost database up to date and monitor margin dynamics.
• Ensure accuracy of all prices, tariffs, and discounts across interfaces.
• Identify usage patterns in data consumption and propose new product opportunities.
• Regularly present recommendations and forecasts to senior management.

• 3+ years of experience in pricing, product analytics, or marketing analytics.
• Strong understanding of unit economics and the link between pricing, CAC, LTV, and margin.
• Hands-on experience working with large datasets: SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools.
• Ability to formulate and validate product and pricing hypotheses.
• Exceptional attention to detail when working with tariffs and cost structures.
