Company Overview:
We are an international consulting firm headquartered in Kazakhstan, working with clients across English-speaking markets. We are currently expanding our team and looking for a responsible and communicative Client Relations Manager to maintain long-term client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients via email and phone in English
Provide ongoing support and consultation to existing clients
Maintain client records using CRM tools and internal databases
Ensure client satisfaction and address inquiries promptly
Work towards achieving set performance metrics (KPIs)
Requirements:
English language proficiency — C1 or higher (both written and spoken)
Experience in communication with native English speakers (work, internships, education)
Strong business communication and writing skills
Confident user of PC, including Microsoft Excel
Strong soft skills: empathy, adaptability, emotional intelligence, perseverance
What We Offer:
Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
Competitive salary: $1200 fixed base + performance bonuses
