We are an international consulting agency headquartered in Kazakhstan, and we are currently looking for an experienced and driven Account/Sales Manager to join our expanding team. This position is focused on delivering top-tier service quality, building strong client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction across English-speaking markets.
Position Details:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
Work Format: Office based only (Almaty office)
Salary: $1200 fixed base + monthly bonuses
Requirements (Applications without meeting these will not be considered):
English level B2 or higher (both spoken and written)
Strong skills in business communication and professional correspondence
Confident user of PC and digital tools
Key soft skills: empathy, persistence, flexibility, and emotional resilience
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients via phone and email (English only)
Provide consultations and ongoing support to current users
Maintain and update client records in the CRM and internal systems
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients
Meet and exceed performance KPIs
