We are an international consulting agency headquartered in Kazakhstan, currently seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our growing team. This role involves maintaining exceptional service quality standards, building strong client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction in English-speaking markets.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Work format: Office-based only (Almaty)
Salary: $1200 + bonuses
REQUIREMENTS (applications without these will not be considered):
English level C1 or higher (spoken and written;)
Proven experience communicating with native English speakers (work, internships, projects)
Excellent skills in business communication and correspondence
Confident PC user, strong knowledge of Excel
Key soft skills: empathy, persistence, flexibility, emotional resilience
Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients via phone and email (English only)
Provide consultation and support to existing users
Maintain client records in CRM and internal databases
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Achieve and exceed set KPIs
