Account Manager (English‑Speaking Markets)
Workdays: Monday–Friday, 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (Almaty time)
Work format: Office‑based only (Almaty)
Salary: $1,200 fixed base + monthly bonuses (paid monthly)

We are an international consulting agency headquartered in Kazakhstan. We’re expanding and looking for a motivated Account Manager to work with English-speaking clients—focused on delivering top-notch service and forging strong, lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
Communicate with clients exclusively in English via phone and email
Offer consultation and support to current users
Manage client records in CRM and internal systems
Build and nurture long-term client relationships
Meet and surpass established KPIs
Requirements (applications not meeting these criteria will not be considered)
English proficiency at B2/C1 level or higher (spoken and written)
Experience communicating with native English speakers (through work, internships, or projects)
Strong business communication and correspondence skills
Confident PC user, with Excel proficiency
Key soft skills: empathy, persistence, flexibility, emotional resilience
