Привет, наш будущий коллега!

Мы — Automated Communication Solutions LTD., быстрорастущая IT-компания.
Наша миссия — делать коммуникации бизнеса с клиентами максимально эффективными с помощью AI-технологий.

Сейчас мы на этапе активного роста и расширения, и ищем Head of Development, который возглавит команду от 30 разработчиков и поможет нам вывести продукты на новый уровень.

Какой опыт необходим:

  • 5-7 лет опыта в software development.

  • Минимум 3 года на позиции Head of Development / CTO / Engineering Manager.

  • Опыт управления командами от 30+ человек, включая Team Leads.

  • Участие в построении CI/CD, DevOps-процессов, релиз-менеджмента.

  • Практика оптимизации производительности и масштабирования платформ.

Необходимые навыки и умения:

  • Управление крупной Dev-командой (30+ человек, включая Team Leads).

  • Построение архитектуры масштабируемых систем с высокой нагрузкой.

  • Внедрение процессов QA, CI/CD и code review для повышения качества разработки.

  • Формирование и развитие команды: найм, менторинг, обучение, удержание сотрудников.

  • Управление сроками и качеством релизов, включая релиз-планирование и риск-менеджмент.

  • Лидерство — умение вдохновлять и управлять Team Leads, формировать сильную команду.

  • Структурность и системное мышление — видеть картину целиком и при этом выстраивать эффективные процессы.

  • Стрессоустойчивость — способность принимать решения и сохранять фокус в условиях высокой нагрузки.

  • Навыки переговоров — выстраивание эффективной коммуникации с бизнесом, продуктовой и топ-командами.

Критически важные технические навыки:

  • Современные языки и стеки разработки: уверенное понимание Go, PHP, Python, Node.js, Java, а также современных фронтенд-фреймворков.

  • Облачные технологии: продвинутый опыт работы с AWS, GCP или Azure.

  • DevOps-инструменты: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.

  • Архитектура: микросервисный подход, проектирование и оптимизация API.

  • Мониторинг и логирование: опыт работы с Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK.

  • Английский будет большим плюсом.
