Purpose and objectives

We are looking for a manager who will revise and set up loading and operating processes of the development team to reduce the full cycle of creating the site.You will be responsible for the optimization of the production conveyor, the elimination of inefficiency, management of priorities and resources in a multi -project environment.

Strategic Resource Management: You will be the co-manager of our web development team, optimizing the distribution of resources and controlling each aspect of the process, as if you managed your own digital enterprise.
We need a person who has optimized the processes of the development department in a marketing agency many times, which can engage in budgeting, resource management and quality control.
Development and implementation of innovations: analyze current problems and use your practical experience for implementing processes that lead to tangible improvements in the distribution of resources and project management.
Complete responsibility for project management and resources: this role is much more than the traditional project management. You will control the quality, terms, resources, budget and improvements in the team-in fact, managing the mini-organization within our organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
Analysis of the current development cycle: identification of narrow places, duplication, ineffective processes.
The formation of a production plan: the introduction of stages and standards that reduce the duration of the development cycle.
Management of loading and priorization of development team tasks.
Installation of control points, deadlines and SLA at all stages.
Building interaction between teams: SEO, design, development, content.
Communication with the client for operational amendments.
Ensuring the transparency of statuses and terms for all participants in the processes.
Analytics of team performance, time tracking, deviations.
Implementation and automation of new tools, if it accelerates the process.
