Responsibilities:
Maintain training reports and update tracking documents using Excel; utilize data exported from Open PD to ensure accuracy and organization.
Assist in coordinating online and in-person training sessions, including managing invitations, preparing materials, and organizing refreshments.
Support training events by preparing attendance sheets, providing on-site or online assistance, and documenting participant engagement.
Help record training sessions and compile feedback for post-event reviews and reporting.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Excel is essential (experience with formulas, data formatting, and pivot tables preferred).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Interest in human resources, training coordination, or data management.
