1. Planning, coordination, and maintenance of the work schedule of the Dean of the School : organization of external and internal meetings, telephone conversations, interviews; maintenance and correction of the Dean's work schedule;
2. Tracking the receipt of documents and correspondence for the management and teaching staff of the School, their timely transfer to addressees;
3. Execution of the works related to nomenclature and document flow of the School;
4. Preparation and registration of official letters in Russian, Kazakh, and English;
5. Taking minutes and registration of minutes at various meetings of the School;
6. Provide administrative support to the School’s faculty in issues related to office supplies, necessary software, business cards, classroom requests, IT support, etc.;
7. Provide logistics support to various events of the School including the arrival of the delegation from the Strategic partner;
8. Keeping and monitoring records of the material-technical basis of the School;
9. Perform other related duties within the aims and needs of the School.
Education
Higher professional education, preferably in higher educational institutions with English language of instruction;

Work experience
With a Bachelor's degree / Specialist - at least one year;
Work experience is not required with a master's degree in the relevant field.
