• Processing customer orders in SAP;
• Communicating with external and internal clients regarding order processing, product availability in stock, and delivery time coordination;
• Resolving non-standard situations that arise during order processing;
• Managing customer orders from creation to warehouse allocation;
• Advising clients on product range, stock availability, and the current list of products available for order;
• Updating data on the information portal for clients to place orders;
• Creating accompanying documentation for deliveries.

Требования:

• Experience in transport logistics/Customer Service or relevant education is preferred. Candidates with technical or economic/financial education will also be considered;
• Knowledge of documentation processes in product sales is welcomed;
• Understanding of Incoterms is a plus;
• Strong analytical skills, quick learning ability, teamwork orientation, good communication skills, and the ability to express thoughts clearly and structurally are essential;
• Proficiency in creating pivot tables in Excel is required;
• Knowledge of the SAP SD module, particularly in Order Entry, is a significant advantage;
• English language proficiency at pre-intermediate level or higher.
