E-commerce sales specialist

Описание

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and guarantee online product content quality;
  • Develop MKT plans based on marketplace features and market demand;
  • Coordinate with product, MKT, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of operations;
  • Monitor customer feedback and follow up on after-sales service to improve customer satisfaction;
  • Sales data analysis and reporting, PSI management;
  • Channel and competitor insight, market trend monitoring;
  • Help to handle channel settlement issues;
  • Communication with distributors and marketplaces.
Main Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree;
  • Work experience with marketplaces;
  • MS office skills;
  • English knowledge, Chinese would be a plus;
  • Good communication level;
  • Good analysis level.
Terms:
  • 5/2, 9am-6pm office work;
