Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting customers via chat and email,
Doing product presentations via Zoom,
Tracking the progress of bugs and orders,
Issuing invoices and sales quotations,
What we are looking for:
Strong communication and technical skills,
Ability to learn and work with lots of information
Experience in customer support, technical support or sales (knowledge of the event industry is a plus),
Complete bachelor degree.
Our offer:
Full-time remote job (EST time zone)
Hourly rate based on your performance. We always recognize initiative and can renegotiate the rate based on your contribution.
No sales targets, commissions, or fines. We don’t do aggressive sales or try to upsell things our clients don’t need.
