Overview:

• The 1C CMMS/TOIR (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Assistant Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation, operation, and maintenance of the 1C CMMS/TOIR within the Mill Processing Plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1C CMMS/TOIR Administration: Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the 1C CMMS/TOIR, including work request and/or orders, equipment information, and maintenance records.
• Data Management: Maintain and update equipment records, preventive maintenance schedules, and maintenance procedures in the 1C CMMS/TOIR. Generate and distribute 1C CMMS/TOIR reports as required.
• User Support:Provide training and support to 1C CMMS/TOIR users, ensuring they understand how to use the system effectively. Address and resolve any issues or questions related to the 1C CMMS/TOIR.
• System Optimization: Assist in the continuous improvement of the 1C CMMS/TOIR, including the development and implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures. Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to identify opportunities for system enhancements and increased efficiency.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to maintenance management. Prepare and present reports on maintenance activities, system performance, and key metrics.
• Troubleshooting:
• Identify and resolve technical issues within the 1C CMMS/TOIR, coordinating with IT and software vendors (Cybernitica) as necessary.
