Principal Accountabilities:

• Support to KAM to map and prioritize all accounts into strategic importance
• Map BAT and competitors’ positions in accounts
• Support to KAM to develop a business plan for each account
• Supervise the implementation of account plans and control the execution of contract items
• Develop and implement KA merchandisers routes
• Control KA merchandiser routes attendance
• Maintain meaningful account files for all accounts
• Align BAT and accounts’ Management
• Negotiate BAT to a position of strength in strategic and key accounts
• Maintain meaningful business relationships with strategic and key accounts
• Support to KAM identify and develop future business opportunities with strategic and key accounts
• Supervise supply side issues in accounts
• Align distribution team and trade marketing team within KA universe
• Collect and analyze data of accounts’ off-take reports
• Make analysis and basic negotiations with regional accounts
• Control financial documents of each key account and ensure that all required docs are aligned with accounting department

Requirements:

• University degree
• 2 years of experience in Trade marketing
• Excellent communications and negotiations skills
• Ability to build strong relationship with customers
• Management and leadership skills
• Written and spoken fluency in both Kazakh and Russian languages
• Ability to executie Key Account action plans
• Excellent coordination skills
