Who we're looking for

As our company continues to grow, the demands on our internal infrastructure are increasing. We are looking for an IT Support Specialist who will work closely with our System Analyst. The ideal candidate should be responsible, eager to learn, and focused on supporting our infrastructure and assisting employees with IT-related needs.

Responsibilities

• Technical Support:
  • Provide guidance to our 30+ member team on utilizing Google Sheets, address any technical hurdles encountered by both new and seasoned team members.
  • Help colleagues with technical questions, including choice and setup of equipment like laptops.
• Response Time: Be prepared to respond to urgent, important questions within 10 minutes if necessary.
• System Documentation: Understand, document, describe current operational systems, mostly based on Google Sheets, to ensure knowledge sharing in team.
• Tech Infrastructure Management: Assist System Analyst in overseeing our current tech stack which includes Google Sheets, ClickUp integrations, website parsers, and Python scripts for bulk data processing.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of Google Sheets.
• Fluent in Russian and English at a B1 level or higher required.
• An ability to ask relevant questions to understand and solve issues efficiently.
• Experience in similar roles would be advantageous but not mandatory; we value your passion and vision.
• Nice to have:
  • experience with Python or JavaScript, relational databases, website parsers.
  • experience working in or with distributed teams.
