As our ITSM Implementation Senior Consultant, you will:
- Lead workstreams in IT Service Management (ITSM) implementation projects, including the design and optimization of IT processes, operations, and service-level agreements (SLAs/OLAs).
- Conduct in-depth assessments of IT architecture and operations, providing recommendations for improvement and supporting strategic decision-making.
- Develop cloud architecture strategies and solutions, assisting clients in evaluating and transitioning to cloud services while ensuring operational efficiency.
- Support IT asset management initiatives, ensuring effective utilization and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, managing project deliverables and mentoring junior team members.
You’re the perfect match for this role if you:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Possess ITIL certifications (Foundation or higher); additional certifications such as PMP, COBIT, or ITSM tool-specific certifications are advantageous.
- Have at least 3 years of proven experience in ITSM process design and implementation, ideally in a consulting role.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or JIRA Service Management.
- Show proficiency in configuring ITSM tools, including workflows, service catalogs, and automation processes.
- Have strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and operations management, including incident, problem, and change management.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Have at least Intermediate level of English.
