We are looking for a Trainee to join our Digital CFO team in Astana, eager to expand their knowledge and expertise in financial planning and analysis. In this dynamic role, you will assist in project management, develop financial planning systems, and support clients with FP&A best practices.

As our Trainee, you will:

• Assist in managing and executing financial planning advisory projects
• Help develop and review deliverables, such as reports, proposals, and financial models
• Support the implementation of financial planning systems (budgeting, business planning, etc.) and IFRS updates
• Participate in business development efforts and client relationship management
• Prepare project management documentation and related presentations (weekly, bi-weekly, quarterly status reports, minutes of meetings, and test protocols)

You’re the perfect match if you:

• Are a 3rd or 4th-year student pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Have basic knowledge of financial planning and analysis
• Are fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Are ready to work part-time with the potential for overtime
• Have strong analytical skills and logical thinking
• Have the ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask
• Have excellent computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
