Job Purpose:

• Oversee IFRS reporting for ADP group of companies (Aldar EuroAsia, Aldar EuroAsia Properties Management and Aldar EuroAsia Hospitality)
• Oversee Aldar EuroAsia finance operations and ensuring organizational financial stability

Roles and responsibilities

• Managing financial reporting in accordance IFRS for ADP group of companies
• Lead engagement with external auditors and valuation companies with regards to annual audit of ADP group of companies
• Lead engagement with relevant focal points from external companies such as Deloitte (for AE accounting), Crowe (for AEH accounting) and Sheraton (for AHE accounting) with regards to all IFRS reporting related matters
• Development and subsequent maintenance of financial models for the purposes of IFRS reporting and financial reporting to Miral
• Technical accounting focal point for ADP accounting matters (Chart of Accounts, Accounting Policies, Implementation of IRFS standards)
• Ensure accuracy of financial information
• Analyzing financial data
• Streamlining finance functions and operations
• Lead accounting system improvement initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with internal regulations
• Review, implement and monitoring financial controls

Related years of experience

Min of: 4 years of experience in IFRS reporting (Big 4 experience is preferred)

Yoe In Managerial Position

Min of: 2 years of related managerial experience (e.g. Senior Auditor/Manager)
