We are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Consultant to join our Digital CFO team in Almaty or Astana. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in FP&A who is eager to lead complex projects, drive insights, and shape the future of financial management.
As our Senior Consultant (FP&A), you will:
- Project Leadership: Lead complex FP&A projects, including functional transformation, design, and implementation of automation tools.
- Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets and internal documents to extract insights, and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Deliverables Quality: Prepare and oversee the quality control of deliverables produced by the engagement team.
- Team Supervision: Supervise junior team members, allocate tasks, and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build rapport with external stakeholders and contribute to business development activities.
- Industry Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, sharing insights to drive thought leadership.
- Business Development: Assist in business development, including participation in tenders and preparation of proposals.
You’re the perfect match for this role if you:
- Have at least 5 years of experience in planning/economic departments, FP&A consulting, or IT integrator companies.
- Possess experience in designing financial planning and analysis systems and developing related policies and procedures.
- Understand key trends in FP&A such as agile and integrated planning.
- Are proficient in developing financial models in MS Excel.
- Hold Upper-Intermediate or above proficiency in English.
- Have professional certifications in CIMA, CMA, ACCA, or related IT solutions (e.g., SAP BPC, IBM Cognos).
- Have experience in project management or participation in FP&A system automation projects.
- Demonstrate initiative, a positive attitude, and readiness for business travel within Central Asia and the Caucasus region.
