Мы в поиске опытного Delivery manager-а в команду Digital ID и Aitu Passport

Что нужно делать:

  • Построение эффективных процессов управления проектами на начальном этапе, учитывая возможности команды и потребности клиента
  • Взаимодействие с проджект-менеджером и продакт-менеджером для обеспечения согласованного и эффективного ритма работы
  • Оценка и распределение ресурсов для успешного выполнения проектов
  • Решение сложных ситуаций при взаимодействии с различными командами и стейкхолдерами
  • Обеспечение взаимозаменяемости процессов и ролей между проектами для увеличения гибкости и эффективности
  • Ведение крупных проектов Digital ID и Aitu Passport, с учетом всех аспектов, включая сроки, бюджет, риски и качество
  • Применение методов Scrum и Agile для организации эффективного процесса разработки и внедрения решений

Мы ждем, что у вас есть:

  • Опыт работы в роли Delivery Manager/Senior Project Manager/Program Manager в B2B и/или B2G сферах
  • Опыт в управлении крупными проектами с различными стейкхолдерами
  • Знание и опыт работы в методологиях Scrum и Agile
  • Опыт выстраивания правильных процессов с точки зрения потребностей клиента и возможностей команды
  • Способность эффективно взаимодействовать с проектными и продуктовыми менеджерами для обеспечения синхронизации процессов и достижения целей
  • Умение точно определять и эффективно распределять ресурсы для успешного выполнения проектов
