Position Overview:
As a Product Owner in the Loyalty Engagement team, your mission will be to drive the expansion of the active customer base and boost client transactional activity within the Ecosystem Loyalty program. This role involves developing onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies while leading a cross-functional team of marketing experts, data analysts, data scientists, lean specialists, and developers. You will also oversee the design and execution of mass promotional campaigns to amplify customer engagement, loyalty communications, and advanced data science models for personalized experiences.
