We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and enhance our digital marketing strategy. If you're passionate about data-driven marketing, lead generation, and creative campaign execution, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Nurturing – Developing B2B/B2C strategies to generate high-quality leads through multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email sequences, webinars, chatbot engagement).
Market Research & Data Analysis – Conducting in-depth interviews, analyzing audience insights, and optimizing marketing strategies based on data.
Creative & Content Strategy – Designing and testing ad creatives, marketing materials, and SEO-driven content to enhance engagement and visibility.
Website & CRO Optimization – Managing website improvements, A/B testing landing pages, and implementing conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
Marketing Automation & Funnel Development – Automating lead nurturing, retargeting, and multi-touch campaigns using HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Marketo.
Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing – Managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads) to maximize ROI and optimize key metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS).
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) – Implementing targeted B2B strategies for high-value clients through personalized content and multi-channel outreach.
AI & Data-Driven Marketing – Utilizing AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Persado) for ad copy optimization, predictive analytics, and personalized communication.
CRM & Lead Scoring – Optimizing CRM workflows and implementing lead scoring models to improve conversion rates.
External Vendor Coordination – Managing collaborations with design and advertising agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 2+ years in digital marketing at least 1 of which in English-speaking countries (Europe, North America)
Expertise in:
E-mail marketing campaigns

AI-driven marketing strategies
Language Requirements:
Russian – Native
English – B2 (Upper-Intermediate)
