About the Role

We're on the hunt for a Senior Influencer Acquisition Manager — someone who doesn't just recruit influencers but turns collaborations into powerful growth engines.

In this role, you'll own the entire funnel—from sourcing and outreach to negotiations and long-term relationship building. You'll lead a team dedicated to finding top-tier influencers and optimizing partnerships for maximum impact.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the influencer acquisition strategy – from identifying top talent to optimizing every stage of collaboration;
• Managing and mentoring a team – overseeing influencer research, outreach (both cold & warm), and negotiations to secure high-impact partnerships;
• Driving data-backed decisions – analyzing key metrics (CPV, CPM, engagement, ROI) to refine strategies and maximize performance;
• Building lasting relationships – fostering strong connections with influencers, agencies, and key partners to fuel long-term growth;
• Optimizing workflows – ensuring smooth tracking and communication through efficient CRM management and streamlined processes;
• Exploring new opportunities – testing emerging platforms, trends, and channels to push the boundaries of influencer marketing;
• Providing actionable insights – preparing reports, analyzing performance, and delivering strategic recommendations that drive results.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing – you’ve successfully built and managed influencer partnerships;
• Experience working with international influencers is a big plus;
• Strong analytical mindset – proficiency in BI tools, spreadsheets, and dashboards to track performance and optimize strategies;
• Hands-on experience working with influencers – particularly on YouTube and other major platforms;
• Bonus points for experience in the investment niche – working with influencers in finance, trading, or personal investment;
• Proficiency in English at an Intermediate level or higher (the main language of communication with Influencers is English);
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills – turning short-term deals into long-term, high-impact partnerships;
• Leadership & process optimization experience – managing teams, streamlining workflows, and building scalable systems.
