Main responsibilities:

• Managing social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram, YouTube, Haiilo).
• Overseeing the production of the EY Podcast on YouTube, including planning, speaker selection, studio coordination, shoot management.
• Organizing photo sessions for employees and coordinating various video shoots.
• Being a part of localizing global brand and marketing campaigns for Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
• Facilitating internal communication to ensure seamless cross-department collaboration and managing mailing lists.
• Coordinating with suppliers and agencies to organize key BTL events, such as Entrepreneur of the Year, EY Day, Alumni Reunion, EY HR Club meetings, webinars, seminars, and other corporate events. Responsible for event budgeting and planning, as well as covering events on social media.
• Implementing CSR initiatives and supporting company’s charity committee.
• Collaborating with Accounting, Tax & Law, Consulting, and Strategy & Transactions departments to align communications with brand identity and business objectives, including checking and sending Tax & Law alerts for clients and other materials.
• Creating landing pages on Tilda for polls, registration forms, alerts, articles, and other content.
• Managing document workflows, including vendor sourcing and onboarding, drafting agreements, navigating the risk management process, processing payments, and receiving completion certificates (АВР)
• Managing the procurement of POSM materials, including banners, merchandise, promotional items, New Year gifts for clients, etc.

Requirements:

• Russian and English languages (upper intermediate)
• Overall Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Attention to details and high-speed performance
• Good marketing research skills and conducting competitive intelligence analysis
• Solid knowledge of corporate reputation and business ethics
