Key Responsibilities:
• Influencer Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with our brand goals and target audience.
• Relationship Building: Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors across various platforms.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and social media teams to develop engaging content and co-branded initiatives with influencers.
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future initiatives.
• Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate collaboration terms, manage contracts, and ensure all influencer partnerships comply with legal and brand guidelines.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in influencer management tools and analytics platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience working in a digital agency or in-house marketing team.
• A robust network of influencer contacts across diverse industries.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
