STRATEGY & CONSULTANCY: We put business thinking into what we do. We help brands explore possibilities from consumer understanding to innovation, from new business development to brand partnerships.
We are looking for:
A social media manager with proven experience of working with major brands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with clients’ brands and business goals.
• Content Management: Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, images, videos, etc.) across all relevant social platforms.
• Community Engagement: Build and maintain active online communities by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions.
• Campaign Execution: Plan and manage social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Influencer Collaboration: Identify and engage with key influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach and amplify our message.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and content creators to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role more than 3 years
• Deep understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and current digital marketing trends.
• Strong creative and copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (livedune)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent command of English, native in Russian, knowledge of the Kazakh language will be a plus
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with paid social advertising and budget management.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
