Oversee full financial operations across Central Asia, including accounting, reporting, and compliance
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts
Implement and maintain business control systems, including KPI frameworks
Analyze financial performance (costs, margins, profitability, utilization rates)
Provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability
Support business units with financial analysis and decision-making tools
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of management reports
Deliver regional reporting to Group Finance and senior management
Prepare presentations for Regional Director and CFO
Monitor key financial indicators and proactively flag risks and opportunities
Lead, coach, and develop the regional finance team
Liaise with Group Finance, external auditors, banks, and authorities
Support strategic initiatives and investment decisionsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
Professional certification
8–10+ years of experience in finance, including management role
Experience in multinational environments (industrial / heavy lifting / projects preferred)
Strong knowledge of IFRS and regional tax regulations
Advanced Excel and experience with ERP systems
Fluency in English; Russian/Kazakh
