Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and administer contracts, agreements, and service orders.
• Prepare tender documentation and coordinate the tendering process.
• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers.
• Monitor contract execution, costs, and schedules.
• Prepare contract amendments and supporting documentation.
• Liaise with Legal, Sponsors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contracting procedures, and applicable legislation.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Business, Finance, Liberal Arts, or a Technical field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in contracts administration, procurement, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Kazakh, Russian, and English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
• Experience in preparing and reviewing contractual documentation.
• Negotiation and tender management experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
